The Ez Exchange Table Fiber Laser, was adopted the Swedish rack and pinion, Japan YASKAWA double servo drivers, Germany Alfa reducer. Brief description of mechanical structure
1. The gantry type structure is adopted, the table is motionless and the gantry frame moves;
2. The whole machine adopts welding rectangular tube and heavy reinforcement, finishing after stress relief treatment;
3. The frame adopts graphite protection and heat insulation to prevent the frame from deforming due to excessive heat during processing;
4. It adopts imported rack and pinion achieve transmission, Japan Yaskawa  double servo drive, imported reducer, acceleration can reach 1.2G.
5. The X axis adopts servo double drive technology.
6. Equipped with Yaskawa (YASKAWA) fully digital AC servo drive system, Z-axis drive with brake.
7. The whole machine adopts a flexible protective cover made of imported materials, which protects the rack and guide rail, and is not easy to be stained with chips, which may affect accuracy or damage.

Control System

Using the excellent CypCut laser cutting control system, which integrates file reading, design, output and processing control, the software can complete the whole process from design to processing. The software provides a wealth of laser cutting process parameters, flexible layout and tool path editing capabilities, introducing extraction, bridging, coedge, spot compensation, curve smoothing, splitting, merging, and automatically distinguishing internal and external mold functions. It provides  speed PWM real-time power adjustment, gradual perforation of explosion-proof holes and other special processes.

Automatic tracking system
1. The sampling rate is 1000 times per second.
2. The fastest following speed can reach 500 mm/s.
3. The static detection accuracy is 0.001 mm, and the dynamic response accuracy is 0.02 mm.
4. Support network communication, U disk online upgrade.
5. Support the alarm of touching the board and the alarm of missing the board, effectively preventing the accidental collision of the laser head.
6. Support edge detection and automatic edge finding and cutting, support leapfrog lifting, segment perforation, and arbitrary setting of lifting height.
